Whilyam finally got around to giving me a linking book to one of his ages today. He told me that he had named the place Toroolbah and that he was using it as an office/ hub. True to his word I linked into a short hallway with three doors two of which were closed on one of them was open and led into a hexagonal room with three books on pedestals. I took a look at the panels of the three books and they seemed be for the ages, Maw, Fens, and Bimevi. Can't wait to visit some new ages after all this time.Jevasi off to explore!
Well on a positive note for once I've managed to find someone who helped me get my KI to access the internet and am currently using it to make this post. This should enable me to update this blog whenever I want without worrying about how much charge my laptop battery has left. I will still continue looking for some method of recharging it though as there are still some things that I can't do on my KI.Jevasi has a KI
I finally got around to having a chat with Whilyam about the state of things down here and my place in SR. The good news is that the comic will continue, the bad news is that there are likely some changes in store. I'll post more on that later, I'm not really in the mood right now, but it looks like I might need to find a new artist.I also told Whil about some of the rumors I had heard about him writing ages and to my surprise they were true. He even said that he would give me linking book to an age that he was using as some kind of library when he gets the chance. Personally I can't wait to see the place.It also seems that despite my best efforts on saving power my laptops battery won't hold out much longer so I'll need to find either a stable place to recharge or another method of accessing the internet. I've heard mention of some kind of upgrade for the KI that would enable the latter so I might ask around about it.Jevasi running out of power
I got down here late yesterday evening but haven't been able to get anything posted until now,thankfully I had the foresight to bring a laptop with me when I left, As I have so much to do. I've arranged to meet with Whilyam sometime tomorrow and finalized some changes for the SR comic. I'll need to talk with him about arranging a little meeting with someone from SR to take a look at out work and while I'm at it see if I can find a place to recharge this thing. I have heard tell of people getting the KI to connect to the internet though so I may look into that as an alternate option.Jevasi still needs to learn to speak D'ni
Obviously I wasn't able to make it down to the cavern yesterday, since I still up here posting this, too many thing got in my way. It wasn't all bad though I got to spend some time with the family which is always nice. On a shopping trip I stumbled across something that seemed like it would be useful down in the cavern, A baseball cap with three LED's and a power supply built into it. I of course bought it, and some extra battery's, for about twenty bucks and now I shouldn't have to worry about getting lost in the dark alleyways of D'ni. I even got the chance to try it out last night when a big storm his and we lost power. Anyway I 'm all packed for the journey down, this is actually the last thing keeping me from leaving, so I probably wont be able to post here again until later tonight, or tomorrow.Winds of change blow from above.Feel the wind, it will move you.Jevasi out the door
OK I realize that its been over two months since I last posted here and that I was last able to make it down to the cavern so I've probably been entirely forgotten. I also know that this is just one of many such post I've made here but this time I promise to follow it up. I'll try to make it down tomorrow or sometime this weekend and then the fun can begin in earnest.Jevasi
